What data do you store?

We do not keep any of your data off-line, we simply ask you to sign in using 'Sign In With Apple' So that your are authenticated. Your email address, name and tokens are stored directly on your phone, we don't have access to them

The voice used to read is not very good, can I change it?

Yes! Please make sure the selected voice matches that of the language of the story.
You can add new voices for free,
Go to the iPhone settings, and click on accessibility
and then click on voice - now choose a free premium or enhanced voice for the best experience
Go back to the story and the new voice will be selectable

How can I improve the images?

1. Provide as much detail as possible, for example describe the scene e.g. the jungle was green and lush and full of trees, with the sun setting in the back
2. Describe the child e.g. Billy was a little boy, with curly blonde hair and wore a red T-shirt
3. Provide a style you want e.g. draw this in a Manga style
4. Finally you can add extra touches e.g. add in a lens flare or use a blur effect

I can't seem to sign up, why?

You need to accept the terms and conditions before you can sign up.

My home page is blank, why?

Immediately after signing up, you will not have any posts in your homepage. Start following others or post your own snaps to start seeing a feed. Go to the map if your are logging in for the first time.

Why can't I post a photo without GPS positions?

We use the GPS coordinates tagged to the photo in order to locate them on the map. Therefore if your photo was taken without your GPS enabled, you will not be able to post them.

How can I delete my posts

Hit the edit button on your homepage, delete the photo by hitting the "X". You can only delete photos you have posted.

Someone has put an inappropriate post, how can I report it?

Select the post that you would like to report, and hit the "three dots" button below the photo. Provide a reason for reporting and we will look into it.

How can I change my profile photo?

Please go to your profile page, and hit "Edit Profile", tap on the button and select a photo from your photo library.

Street Artists— FAQ

What can I do as an artist?

As an artist you can post your new street art, with extra details. You can post the costs for the art piece and also allow users to buy prints or commission you to produce art for them. You can also include a biography on the street art, and other information.

How do I sell my art to users?

Currently to sell art you will need to provide a link to your website. We are working on a feature to buy directly from the app, at a minimal cost to you and the buyer.

How can I upgrade my subscription?

Please go to your profile and hit the edit profile button. You can select the subscription type you would like, and then press the upgrade button. You will need to watch the whole reward video for your subscription to be upgraded

How long does my subscription last?

Currently, your subscription lasts for 1 week, after which you will need to renew it, by watching another reward video. this may change in the future depending on feedback. We will look into setting up a hassle-free subscription model.

I am have just started doing street art, can I get my art featured?

Yes you can, for a limited time we can increase your arts prominence, but in order to remain fair to the other artists this will only be for a short period.

I have an exhibition coming up, can I post images from the gallery?

Yes you can, just make sure the photos were taken at the events location, so that they are projected as a cluster onto the map correctly. Alternatively you can post a short video of your exhibition. Please delete the posts after your exhibition has finished, so users don't report your posts for being an inaccurate location. If your gallery is permanent, then there is no need to delete the posts.

Local BUSINESSES — FAQ

What can I do as a local business?

Post offers for your coffee shop, bar, club or restaurant. This will allow users to see the offers on the map as they are walking around looking for art. They are then more likely to visit your establishments.

How do I post an offer?

Upgrade your subscription for free and then start posting in your "My Events" page. Include details of the offer and the times it is valid. Offers must be posted at the start of the day.

I can't see my offer on the map, why?

All offers have a lifetime of 12 hours after which they are no longer on the map. You will need to delete your old offers from the "My Events" section and post a new offer.

I am an owner of a local club/bar, can I post my flyers on the app?

Yes you can! Take a photo of your flyer when you are at your bar (so the GPS coordinates are correct), and post this with the relevant information in the morning. Users can then see your virtual flyer on the map and come to your bar/club in the evening.
